On this special day, wishing you all the best!

16/05/2026

Happy International Boy Child Day!

Today, we spotlight boys whose lives have been positively impacted through our educational support initiative.

At Bagori Care Foundation, we remain committed to creating opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and succeed.

We believe that quality education helps prepare boys and girls alike for a better future and leadership.

As we mark the 2026 International Day of the Boy Child, we will continue working towards an inclusive society where no child is left behind.

12/05/2026

Menstruation isnโ€™t โ€œbad bloodโ€ โ€“ Itโ€™s a natural part of a womanโ€™s reproductive health.
And when girls have the right support, nothing holds them back from learning, leading, and achieving their dreams.

At *Bagori Care Foundation*, weโ€™re committed to make menstrual health education accessible for every girl.

Join us in breaking the silence and building a future where no girl misses out because of her period.

"Reading whether online or offline remains a powerful tool for growth and transformation."

World Book Day, celebrated every April 23 and established by UNESCO, promotes reading and honors great writers like William Shakespeare and Miguel de Cervantes.

It highlights the importance of books in expanding knowledge, inspiring creativity, and preserving culture. While some people avoid reading due to distractions or lack of interest, books are now easily accessible both physically and digitally.

To mark this day, you can read a book, visit a library, join a book club, share recommendations, or gift books.

Myths Vs Facts for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April)

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 1: โ€œSexual assault is mostly committed by strangersโ€
โœ… FACT: Most survivors know their attacker as this could be a friend, partner, acquaintance, or even a family member.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 2: โ€œIf there was no physical resistance, it wasnโ€™t assaultโ€
โœ… FACT: Many victims freeze, feel threatened, or are unable to resist. Lack of resistance does not mean consent.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 3: โ€œWhat someone wears can provoke assaultโ€
โœ… FACT: Clothing does not cause sexual assault. The responsibility lies only with the perpetrator, not the victim.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 4: โ€œMen canโ€™t be sexually assaultedโ€
โœ… FACT: Anyone regardless of gender can be a victim of sexual assault.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 5: โ€œFalse accusations are very commonโ€
โœ… FACT: False reports are rare. Most survivors are afraid to report due to stigma, fear, or lack of support.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 6: โ€œIf they didnโ€™t say โ€˜noโ€™, it means โ€˜yesโ€™โ€
โœ… FACT: Consent must be clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing. Silence or uncertainty is not consent.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 7: โ€œAlcohol or drugs excuse the behaviorโ€
โœ… FACT: Being intoxicated is never an excuse for committing sexual assault.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 8: โ€œSexual assault only happens to certain types of peopleโ€
โœ… FACT: It can happen to anyone, regardless of age, background, or lifestyle.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 9: โ€œReporting immediately is easyโ€
โœ… FACT: Many survivors take time to process trauma. Delayed reporting is very common and valid.

๐Ÿšซ MYTH 10: โ€œOnce in a relationship, consent is automaticโ€
โœ… FACT: Consent is required every time, even in marriages or long-term relationships.
