As Nigerians marked the 27th anniversary of democratic rule, the Civil Rights Council Bori-Zone joined other Nigerian populace to mark this year's events. As a Human Rights Group, we have prudently observed that the three tiers of government have failed to fulfill and implement the core aim and value of Demon racy from 1999 to date. We therefore call on the Federal government to come up with polices that will be of huge success to its citizens. This is necessary because Nigeria is characterised with pervasive Hunger, insecurity, kidnapping of school children, police brutality, unnecessary extortion of Money by Men of Nigeria police Force , Federal Road safety corps and other government agencies . We condemned the present high cost of living and economic meltdown in our Country. It is obvious that with the current state of the nation, the former and present Nigeria government has failed to protect the life and properties of her citizens.
