🌸 Menstrual Hygiene Awareness 🌸
At Alims Foundation, we believe that no girl or woman should be held back because of her menstrual cycle. Menstrual hygiene is not just a health issue—it is a matter of dignity, education, and empowerment.
Many young girls miss school, face stigma, or lack access to proper menstrual hygiene products and information. Through our awareness campaigns and community outreach programs, we are committed to educating girls and women on safe menstrual hygiene practices, breaking harmful myths, and promoting confidence and self-care.
By providing knowledge and support, we empower girls to manage their periods safely, stay healthy, and continue pursuing their dreams without fear or shame.
