The OTS DAY 2 got intense with JCIN AMB. UTI Inyang, National Executive Vice President, JCIN SS/SE as the newly appointed Family Heads learnt strategic insights equipping them for their roles and responsibilities regarding members' participation and involvement in the Local Organization. 🔥

The OTS DAY 2 training session flowed into the concept of "Emotional Intelligence" by Madam Efosa Eweka, 2015 JCIN UNIBEN President. 🔥

She revealed various strategies to understanding how to manage emotions. ✨

The training emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence in personal development, leadership, teamwork and how to communicate better. ✅
