Twenty years ago, during the second semester of 2006, you placed into my hands the messages of Zac Poonen, and through them I discovered the writings of Watchman Nee. Those materials profoundly shaped my theology, deepened my discipleship, and laid a solid doctrinal foundation that continues to guide my life and ministry today.

Your investment in me was never limited to books alone. When I needed to pay my tuition at Jos ECWA Theological Seminary, you made an unforgettable sacrifice by giving me the money you had set aside for your pilgrimage. That act of love and selflessness is one I will never forget.

You have been more than an elder brother—you have been a mentor, a father in the faith, and truly the father of our house. Your wisdom, sacrifices, prayers, and unwavering commitment to Christ have left an eternal mark on my life.

You became everything Daddy and Mommy would have been to me while I was on campus. My university journey was filled with grace, favor, and unforgettable memories because of your love and countless sacrifices.

Thank you for the days you went hungry so that I could eat, and for the times you denied yourself so that I would never lack. Your selflessness gave me the strength and confidence to keep moving forward.

You taught me how to dress with dignity as an executive member, how to plan my activities and manage my finances wisely, and how to serve effectively and successfully as the Prayer Secretary of the FCS, University of Maiduguri.

Today, I celebrate one of God's greatest gifts to my life — my beloved wife: my queen, my friend, my prayer partner, and my precious companion.

Thank you for your unwavering love, your sacrifices, and your strength. Thank you for your commitment to our home and to the work of God. You have been a blessing beyond words, and I thank the Lord daily for bringing you into my life.

As you begin this new year, I pray the Lord surrounds you with His favor as a shield. May He satisfy you with long life, strengthen you with divine health, and increase you in wisdom. May He establish the work of your hands, and may every dream He has planted in your heart come to fulfillment in His appointed time.
