Today marks another historic milestone for the Edo State Welders' Association (ESWA).
Led by our visionary President, Sir Comrade Peter Osagie Oghuma, KSJI, the National Executive Council alongside the Chairmen of all Eighteen (18) Local Government Areas paid a Statewide Courtesy Visit to His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, the Executive Governor of Edo State.
The visit was both productive and inspiring as meaningful discussions centred on the growth of the welding profession, youth empowerment, skills development, job creation, and the critical role of certified welders in the infrastructural transformation of Edo State.
We are delighted that His Excellency graciously assured the Association of his administration's readiness to partner with ESWA in advancing technical skills, promoting professionalism, creating opportunities for our members, and contributing to the sustainable development of our dear State.
This commitment signals the beginning of a new era of collaboration between the Government and the welding community—one that promises innovation, economic empowerment, and greater participation of skilled artisans in building a stronger and more prosperous Edo State.
