To our dedicated Officers, gallant Boys, Patrons, Parents, Chaplains, and all friends of Awka Battalion Council, The Boys’ Brigade Nigeria,
With hearts full of gratitude to God, we welcome you into the month of May, 2026. As we begin this new month, we give glory to the Captain of our Salvation for His preservation, guidance, and unceasing grace upon Awka Battalion.
May is a month of labour, honour, and grace. It calls us to renew our commitment to the Object of The Boys’ Brigade — _the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness_.
To our Officers: thank you for your labour of love and steadfast mentorship. May this month strengthen your hands and reward your sacrifice with joy and fresh anointing.
To our Boys: continue to _“Sure and Stedfast”_. May May equip you with wisdom, courage, and excellence in your academics, skills, and spiritual walk. Remember, you are the leaders of tomorrow being moulded today.
To our Parents and Patrons: your support remains the pillar of this great movement. May God replenish you and bless your homes abundantly this month.
As a Battalion, we remain committed to training, fellowship, and service. In May, let us intensify our drills, Bible study, and community impact. Let our conduct continue to reflect discipline and the love of Christ wherever we are found.
We decree that this month shall bring open heavens, divine protection, and outstanding testimonies to every Company under Awka Battalion Council. May we advance in number, in strength, and in spirit.
