Who else realized today that Midterm Break has officially begun? 🖐️ No early school runs tomorrow morning, but let’s be honest—Mama is still working double shifts!

Whether your living room is currently full of toys, extra 'Mummy I’m hungry' requests, or just a different kind of midterm chaos, I want to remind you: It’s okay if your 'Intentional Routine' looks a bit different this week.

Being an intentional mom means flowing with the seasons. If you didn’t get to everything on your to-do list because you were making memories (or just surviving the noise), you still did a great job today. 🌟

It’s the first Saturday of 2026, and if you’re like me, you’re looking at those market prices and realizing that being an 'Intentional Mom' this year includes being a Wise Steward of the family budget!

Here is my 3-step 'Asaba Market Hack' to save you stress today:

1️⃣ The 'Power Hour': If you’re heading to the market (whether it’s Ogbogonogo or across the bridge), go before 9 AM. The heat is less, and the 'morning fresh' prices are often better.

2. The List is Law: Don’t buy it if it’s not on the paper! Intentional spending starts with a plan.

3. Bulk is Best: For non-perishables (Rice, Oil, Beans), try to pool resources with a friend or neighbor to buy in bulk.

Motherhood is easier when we plan ahead! 🕊️
