We will be raising awareness, encouraging conversations and creating safe and private spaces for trauma healing.

There are 4 things you can do.
1. Join the Safe Space, our weekly group counselling experience on Saturdays by 8am via Telegram.
2. Book an appointment with a Counsellor. Professional, Free and Confidential. Sundays by 12pm.
