The day was l more than a training. It was about giving parents the knowledge, confidence and voice to advocate for their children.

Day 1 of our training for parents of children with intellectual disabilities brought parents together to learn, share experiences and explore what meaningful advocacy can look like in everyday life.

Because when parents know their rights and understand their voice, they can become stronger advocates for their children.

Join us as we advocate for an inclusive environment for all persons living with intellectual disability.

Every meaningful partnership begins with a shared vision.

We were delighted to welcome a representative of Misean Cara Foundation to the Sisters of St. Louis Community-Based Rehabilitation Programme, Akure.

It was a valuable time of conversations, shared ideas, and renewed commitment to improving the lives of children with disabilities and supporting their families.

We sincerely appreciate Misean Cara Foundation for their visit, encouragement, and continued belief in our mission. Partnerships like these strengthen our resolve to build a more inclusive society where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Together, we can create lasting impact.

If your organisation or foundation is passionate about supporting children with disabilities, we would love to connect with you.

Which slide speaks to you the most? Tell us in the comments.
