Today, we celebrate 66 years of nationhood our strength, resilience, diversity, and the hope of a brighter future.

At Sunshine Food Bank Initiatives, we believe that a stronger Nigeria begins with communities where no family has to go hungry.

As we celebrate, we remain committed to feeding hope, supporting vulnerable families, strengthening communities, and promoting food security.

May Nigeria continue to grow in unity, peace, prosperity, and compassion. 💚🤍💚

Together, we can build a stronger, healthier, and food-secure Nigeria.

Sunshine Food Bank Initiatives (SFBI) was pleased to support the Widows, Widowers and Orphans Conference hosted by JoyBearers Care Organization from September 4–6, 2026, at the Scripture Union Centre, Akure, Ondo State.

Held under the theme “BREAK FORTH INTO JOY,” the three-day conference provided a platform for fellowship, encouragement, interaction, and practical support for widows, widowers, and orphans.

As part of our contribution, SFBI donated a cow and provided cash support towards the success of the programme and the welfare of the beneficiaries.

We were grateful for the opportunity to support Joybearers Care Organization in bringing hope, joy, compassion, and encouragement to vulnerable members of our community.

Today, Sunshine Food Bank Initiatives (SFBI) joins the world in celebrating the joy, innocence, and incredible potential of every child. Children are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are the light, hope, and heartbeat of today.

At SFBI, we believe no child should be left behind. Every child deserves access to good nutrition, love, care, education, and a safe environment to grow and thrive. As we celebrate today, we are reminded of our commitment to continue supporting vulnerable children and strengthening families within our communities.

Let us continue to protect, nurture, and invest in our children.
Let's build a world where every child can dream without limits.
Let's choose kindness, care, and action.

To all children everywhere, you are loved, valued, and deeply important.

Sunshine Food Bank Initiatives, in collaboration with Rainforest Alliance and Olatunde International Limited, successfully implemented a Child Labour Remediation Program in Elemosho Community, Ondo East Local Government Area of Ondo State.

As part of the intervention, farmers, parents, and community stakeholders were trained and sensitized on the importance of education, and the need to safeguard children’s rights and wellbeing. Through this initiative, more children are encouraged to remain in school and pursue a brighter future.

We remain committed to promoting child protection, educational empowerment, and sustainable community development across underserved communities.
