ADC Grassroots Intelligence Network - AGIN
We, the members of the ADC Grassroots Intelligence Network - AGIN, recognizing the importance of grassroots participation in democratic governance, hereby establish this organization to serve as a structured platform for gathering community intelligence, strengthening citizen engagement, and promoting people-centered leadership across Nigeria.
AGIN shall function as a strategic grassroots information and mobilization platform that supports national development, democratic participation, and policy responsiveness.
Article 1: Name
The name of the organization shall be:
ADC Grassroots Intelligence Network - AGIN.
Article 2: Objectives
The objectives of AGIN are to:
Establish a nationwide grassroots intelligence system across Nigeria.
Gather and analyze community-based information and public sentiment.
Provide strategic grassroots feedback to national leadership.
Promote citizen participation in governance and democratic processes.
Identify development challenges and opportunities within communities.
Support policy planning through grassroots data and insights.
Article 3: Membership
Membership shall be open to:
Registered members of ADC.
Community leaders.
Youth leaders.
Women leaders.
Professionals willing to support grassroots development.
Members must:
Be law-abiding citizens.
Uphold the values of integrity and national development.
Participate actively in grassroots engagement.
Article 4: Organizational Structure
AGIN shall operate through the following structure:
National Executive Council
Zonal Coordinators
State Coordinators
Local Government Coordinators
Ward Coordinators
Polling Unit / Community Intelligence Volunteers
Article 5: Duties of Members
Members shall:
Provide accurate grassroots information.
Participate in community engagement activities.
Promote unity and development within communities.
Protect the integrity and credibility of the network.
