One Skill Can Change a Life. One Sponsor Can Change a Generation.

In Ajegunle—and in many communities across Nigeria and Africa—talent is not the problem.
Opportunity is.

Every day, young people wake up with the desire to work, to learn, and to contribute meaningfully to society. Many of them are intelligent, hardworking, and creative—but trapped by one painful reality: they lack access to skills, mentorship, and opportunity.

Some of them drop out of school not because they are lazy, but because survival comes first.

Some learn trades informally but never grow beyond subsistence.

Some want to start small businesses but lack structure, guidance, and business education.

This is where Ajegunle Business School (ABS) steps in.

Through our 6-Month Free Vocational Skills & Entrepreneurship Education Programme, we are intentionally rewriting stories. Not with handouts—but with skills, dignity, and ownership.

For six months, beneficiaries are:

✓ trained practically in a vocational skill,

✓ mentored by experienced trainers,

✓ and equipped with entrepreneurship and business development education
so they don’t just learn a skill, but learn how to earn, grow, and sustain a livelihood.

This programme transforms:

© job seekers into job creators

© dependents into owners

© frustration into productivity

© poverty into possibility

But this transformation is not free.

This is where you come in.

To train one person for six months, it costs ₦150,000.

That covers training materials, mentorship, business education, and structured supervision.

₦150,000 sponsors ONE life

₦750,000 sponsors FIVE lives

₦1,500,000 sponsors TEN lives

And more sponsors entire cohorts and communities

Behind every number is a human story:

• a young woman who can now earn with dignity,

• a young man who no longer depends on handouts,

• a family lifted because one person was empowered.

Your support is not charity.
• It is capacity building.
• It is economic empowerment.
• It is long-term impact.

When you sponsor a participant, you are not just funding training—you are investing in:

✓ reduced unemployment,

✓ stronger local economies,

✓ safer communities,

✓ and a future where young people solve problems instead of becoming one.

At Ajegunle Business School, we believe:

> If you want to help people temporarily, give them money.
If you want to change their future permanently, give them skills and entrepreneurial education.

Today, you have the opportunity to be part of a transformation story.

• Sponsor one.
• Sponsor five.
• Sponsor ten.
• Change lives.
• Build futures.

We are calling on partners, funders and investors.

REQUEST FOR SPONSORSHIP

Dear Sir/Ma,

Request for Sponsorship to Support Youth Vocational Skills Training

Across communities like ours, many passionate young people between the ages of 18–35 have the desire to learn valuable vocational skills that can help them build sustainable livelihoods. Unfortunately, a large number of them lack the financial resources to enroll in quality training programs.

As part of our commitment to reducing unemployment, poverty, and social vulnerability among young people, Ajegunle Business School (ABS) is launching a Free 6-Month Vocational Skills, Entrepreneurship & Education Programme scheduled from February to August 2026.

This program is designed as a 3-times-a-week hands-on vocational training, combined with a once-a-week entrepreneurship and business development class at the ABS Training Centre. Participants will be trained in highly marketable skills such as:

Barbing

Catering & Culinary Arts

Fashion Designing & Tailoring

Shoe Making

Event Planning

Make-up & Beauty

Carpentry & Furniture Making

Hair Dressing & Beauty Therapy

Why We Need Your Support

To successfully sponsor each young person for the entire 6-month training (including training materials, mentorship, weekly business classes, and administrative support), the cost is:

₦150,000 per participant for 6 months

₦1,500,000 to sponsor 10 participants

Your sponsorship will:

✓ Equip young people with practical, income-generating skills

✓ Increase their chances of employment and entrepreneurship

✓ Reduce poverty and economic vulnerability

✓ Help build a new generation of skilled, empowered, self-reliant young business owners

✓ Contribute directly to community development and economic growth

Impact of Your Support

Your contribution will not only transform individual lives—it will also uplift entire families and strengthen the local economy. Each trained youth gains the ability to become self-employed or employ others, creating a ripple effect of sustainable wealth creation.

We would be honored to have you partner with us in this mission of empowerment.

ABS Entrepreneurship Award & Graduation Ceremony – Event Summary

On Saturday, Ajegunle Business School (ABS) hosted its Entrepreneurship Award and Graduation Ceremony at Festival Hotel, Festac, celebrating excellence, resilience, and impact in entrepreneurship development.

The ceremony marked the completion of an intensive 8-week entrepreneurship training program. Out of the 40 entrepreneurs who enrolled, only 17 participants graduated, having successfully met the program’s rigorous standards, including assignments, assessments, and active participation.

Speaking at the event, Alfred Konaughe, Founder of Ajegunle Business School, emphasized the essence of the ABS training model:

> “At Ajegunle Business School, we don’t celebrate attendance; we celebrate transformation. Graduation is earned through discipline, consistency, and the ability to apply knowledge to real problems.”

The event also featured the presentation of 14 Entrepreneurship Awards, recognizing individuals whose leadership, innovation, and commitment have contributed significantly to enterprise growth and community development.

Highlighting the purpose of the awards, Konaughe added:

> “These awards are not about titles; they are about impact. We are intentional about recognizing people who are building solutions, creating opportunities, and lifting others through enterprise.”

The ceremony attracted entrepreneurs, industry leaders, mentors, alumni, partners, and supporters of ABS. It served as both a celebration and a reminder of the School’s mission to raise value-driven entrepreneurs equipped to build sustainable businesses.

In his closing remarks, the Founder reaffirmed ABS’s commitment to youth empowerment:

> “Entrepreneurship is not a shortcut to success. It is a journey of responsibility, resilience, and service. At ABS, we are building entrepreneurs who understand that success is measured by the problems they solve and the people they empower.”

The ABS Entrepreneurship Award and Graduation Ceremony concluded on a high note, reinforcing the belief that true education is complete only when knowledge is translated into action.
