One of the most difficult things to achieve in life is putting your mind at rest. Stay away from negative people. They have a problem for every solution. Make peace with the past by embracing the present. Take a deep breath, pause your mind and do not allow your emotions to overwhelm you. You deserve all the peace, happiness and succor that life has to offer. Sometimes, you may have to walk through fire and severe yourself totally from those who believe you can never make it in life to get to your destination.
