URGENT VACANCY – Head of Technical Services
Our Client, an ICT Consulting Firm is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Technical Services who will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's technical vision, as well as overseeing and managing all technical operations within the company.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ICT, a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading teams in developing and delivering innovative technical solutions, as well as a proven track record of delivering top-tier technical services.
As the Head of Technical Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of the company; and in delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to clients while also driving the growth and innovation of the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
· Advanced degrees (Master’s degree or MBA) in Management Information Systems, technology management, business administration, or a related field can be advantageous.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the ICT or ICT consulting industry.
· Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of ICT areas, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
· Proven project management skills, including the use of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI).
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse technical team.
· In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and anticipate future technical needs
· Desired Professional Certification - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
