Today I had a discussion with someone and was given a response.

I told them I would rather quit and move on.

She said ,I do follow your status very well, you said no matter what don't quit...So with this you can't quit ,push ahead and win.

This sat with me till I got back home.

Don't quit

Focus on the prize

Pay the price

And win.

Even if it means starting all over..

“Where do used pads go?”

It is a simple question. But it opens one of the biggest silent conversations around menstrual health and environmental sustainability.

This year, our campaign is teaching adolescents:

📍Proper menstrual hygiene
📍Safe disposal methods
📍Environmental responsibility
📍Climate conscious habits

Menstrual health is not only about pad charity, It is about dignity. It is about leadership and education. It is about the future of our environment.

Ayela wrapped her used pad in nylon and threw it into a drainage channel because there was no proper disposal bin in her school.

Weeks later, heavy rainfall flooded the area.

This Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026, we are raising a new conversation:

Girls deserve menstrual dignity. Our planet deserves protection too.

📍Menstrual health education
📍Proper pad disposal
📍Climate awareness
📍Clean school environments
📍Sustainable menstrual practices
📍A healthy girl and a healthy planet

.

Menstrual hygiene is not only a health conversation.

It is an environmental justice issue, an education issue, and a climate resilience issue.

Every girl deserves dignity without harming the planet.

Join the movement.

Together we can amplify the change.
