BUILDING PEACE, RESTORING HOPE: JOIN THE PIONEERS IN MAKING NIGERIA SAFER

THE NUMBERS ARE HEARTBREAKING AND UNACCEPTABLE :
Over 2.2 million nigerians kidnapped and 614,937 lives lost to violence between May 2023 and April 2024. The economic cost? Families paid billions in ransom, draining resources that could have built schools, hospitals, and futures.

But behind every statistic is a human story — mothers, fathers, children, and entire communities living in fear.

At The Pioneers Community Peacebuilding & Devt. Initiative , we refuse to accept this as our reality.
We are actively working to change the narrative through community-led peacebuilding, nonviolent conflict resolution, and reconciliation.

OUR FOCUS AREAS:

Building the Next Generation of Peace Ambassadors! 🕊️🎓

​Yesterday, March 13th, I had the privilege of engaging with the vibrant students of the Federal College of Education, Zuba, FCT Abuja.

​The conversation was robust and inspiring. We tackled the urgent need to shun violence and embrace peace as a lifestyle. Seeing their enthusiasm, I officially invited them to join The Pioneers Community Peacebuilding and Development Initiative (PCPDI).

​The result? Pure energy and enthusiasm! These students are ready to transition from being learners to becoming active Peace Agents and Ambassadors in their immediate environments.

​We are not resting until the world becomes more peaceful and less violent. The journey starts with the youth! 🛡️✨

Our hearts are with the families and children affected by the strikes in Iran and the surrounding region.

​We are a group of dedicated change-makers committed to the belief that sustainable development can only flourish in an atmosphere of peace and stability. Our mission is simple but profound: To be the bridge between vulnerability and hope.

WHAT DEFINES US?

​PEACE 🕊️: We advocate for harmonious coexistence and conflict resolution within our communities.
​STABILITY 🛡️: We support institutions and individuals to create a secure environment for growth.
​DEVELOPMENT 📈: We take direct action through healthcare support, hunger relief, and youth/women empowerment.

​From the wards of the Zuba Government Health Centre and Reybirth Hospital to the streets where the hungry seek a meal, we are there. Whether we are distributing relief materials or advocating for social justice, we do it with Integrity, Transparency, and Passion.
