GBG Cohort 1 โ€” Week 3 Spotlight

This week's recognition goes to someone who has been quietly setting the standard for the entire cohort.

Honorise Anosike โ€” Week 3 Spotlight Award: Exceptional Performance

Since Day 1, Honorise has shown up with consistency, precision and a level of commitment that speaks for itself. Perfect scores across every single assignment submitted in this programme to date.

Not once. Every time.

That is not luck. That is discipline, intentionality and a standard he has set for himself and quietly raised for everyone around him.

This is exactly what Growth Beyond Grades is built for.

Keep going, Honorise. The cohort sees you. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

GBG Cohort 1 โ€” Week 2 Spotlight

Out of 30 participants, one person stood out this week.

Joy โ€” Week 2 Spotlight

From day one, Joy has shown up not just for herself but for everyone around her. Consistently engaging, encouraging her peers, and building the kind of connections that make a cohort feel like a community.

This is exactly what Growth Beyond Grades is about, growing together, not just individually.

Keep shining, Joy. The cohort is better because you are in it.

Our Week 1 spotlight goes to Ademidara Adeeko.

Among 30 participants, Ademidara distinguished herself in Week 1 through exemplary leadership not because she was asked to, but because that is simply who she is.

This is exactly why Growth Beyond Grades exists. Not to celebrate grades but to see, name, and celebrate the qualities that grades never capture.

Congratulations Ademidara Adeeko

Weโ€™re live!

r-wef.org is officially here, a space built for young people who deserve access to mental health resources, career tools, real opportunities, and a community that actually shows up for them.

This didnโ€™t happen overnight. It happened through late nights, hard decisions, and an unshakeable belief that this work matters.

If youโ€™ve ever felt like the support you needed just wasnโ€™t there, this was built with you in mind.

Go explore. Share with someone who needs it. And stay close because weโ€™re just getting started.

We have been in the background building, planning, growing.
And now? Something is coming.

The R-WEF website is almost here, and we cannot wait to share everything we have been working on with you.

Big things take time. This is one of them.
Stay close.

www.r-wef.org is coming soon!

Today is International Womenโ€™s Day.
And at R-WEF, weโ€™re using this moment to say something honest.

We are new.
We havenโ€™t run a single program yet.
But we know exactly why we exist.
Because across Africa, young people are navigating broken systems alone.

No mental health support.
No clear career pathways.
No infrastructure built with them in mind.
Just talent. And barriers.

On a day that celebrates women, we want to acknowledge something bigger:
Real progress for women cannot happen without building better systems for all young people.
That is the work we are here to do.
Programs built around people.
Mental wellbeing from the start.
Pathways to decent work that are actually worth a life.
We are just getting started.
But we are starting on purpose.
Give to Gain.
Follow us. Share this. Tell someone we exist. ๐ŸŒ
