Over the weekend, we chose peace.

In the calm of nature, surrounded by mindful hearts, we shared moments of stillness, movement, learning, and connection at Stress Buster! A Holistic Wellness Experience.

From guided meditation to gentle stretches, stress management conversations, and holistic wellbeing practices, it was a powerful reminder that peace is something we can practice together.
