IFES is proud to support INEC Nigeria leadership at a three-day strategic workshop on the opportunities and challenges shaping electoral administration in Nigeria and across Africa. This engagement marks the early strategic phase of Nigeria’s 2027 general elections, a critical moment for setting priorities, anticipating risks, and strengthening leadership decisions that will define the credibility of the next electoral cycle.

From December 9-11, 2025, IFES worked side-by-side with INEC to review and improve its Election Logistics Manual. The focus? Ensuring that critical operations, including distribution, transportation, and retrieval of election materials and personnel, are streamlined and ready for future elections. By strengthening these key processes, IFES is helping INEC enhance its professionalism to be able to deliver more efficient, transparent, and credible elections for all Nigerians!
