To many, she’s just a story told every October 11, but behind every celebration are girls fighting to stay in school, to keep their bodies, their dreams,their voices.

His aspirations focus on giving back to society, specifically targeting vulnerable groups such as the less privileged, orphans and people with disabilities.

A key highlight of the meeting was the announcement of plans to cover JAMB fees for 2,000 students in the upcoming registration, underscoring the Chairman's commitment to education. As a strong advocate for youth development, he emphasized the significance of education in shaping the future of society.

The meeting was marked by enthusiasm, with staff members actively participating and sharing ideas on how to further the foundation's goals.

I am glad to announce that the 5th batch of Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation’s academic and social skill program in partnership with Chinese government left Nigeria on September 16.

The three participants from Abia North senatorial zone are:

1.Nnenna Anthonia Onoh -Arochukwu LGA
2.Kelechi Paul Uche—Bende LGA
3.Victor Chigozie Etie—Umunneochi LGA

They are expected to arrive Beijing today Wednesday September 17 for senior management seminar on Marine Biodiversity Conservation for developing countries organized by Fujian Institute of Oceanography China.

Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation believes that the training will make room for Increased collaboration and productivity, innovation and creativity.

The foundation is grateful to the Chinese government for their continuous commitment to improving and enhancing skills and innovation. I am delighted to announce that three of my constituents have departed Nigeria for China to pursue their postgraduate studies on fully sponsored scholarships through the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC), facilitated by the (Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation).

The beneficiaries are:

1. Sunny O. Idika – MBA, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua (Ohafor Ward, Ohafia LGA).

2. Emmanuel Iheakachukwu Odoemelam – Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) (Eziama Agbo Ward, Nneato, Umunneochi LGA).

3. Kingsley Onwukwe Orji – MBA, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua (Igbere Ward A, Bende LGA).

The scholarship package covers tuition, accommodation, health insurance, and monthly stipends.
