The constitutional order on which King Charles III & his government derive legitimacy is unlawful & unconstitutional, because it traces its origins to circumstances that violate the constitutional, and doctrinal continuity principle on which Britain’s lawful CROWN & constitutional order is rested.

Upon sworn affidavits & a preemptive rebuttal, constitutional fraud is proven as the UK rests on an illegitimate and unconstitutional arrangement—analogous to an unlawful interregnum since 1688. The violation of ancient continuity doctrine & unlawful alteration of the lawful order, manner, & character of the Crown violated it's immutable guarantees and constitutional safeguards afforded by the common law. King Charles & his government are therefore void of lawful and constitutional authority.

The Constitutional order upon which King Charles III and the Government of the United Kingdom derives their legitimacy is not only unlawful and unconstitutional but a FRAUD.

An Affidavit of Pre-emptive rebuttal has been provided the UK Government to prevent it from abusing the Judiciary towards unlawful ends in its desperation to gain legitimacy unlawfully.
