Today, we're throwing it back to our Youth Summit in Akure. 🤩

As we look back, we're filled with gratitude for all that we've been able to accomplish, but even more, we're reminded of the greater responsibility that lies ahead. Every milestone we've reached has only deepened our burden to keep investing in the next generation of leaders.

This is only the beginning of our mission to raise tomorrow's leaders today.

Follow their realities, listen to their experiences, understand their needs, and pay attention to what they are showing you.

Leadership is not always about deciding the direction and asking people to follow. Sometimes, the people you lead will show you where you need to go, and your responsibility as a leader is to have the humility to pay attention.

Happy new month 🤩

As we step into the second half of the year, we take a moment to reflect on the journey so far and the impact we've made so far.

The first half of the year came with meaningful milestones, from our Youth Summit series across different states to our bootcamp program aimed at equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead intentionally.

We are grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey and contributed to the work we continue to do.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to creating more opportunities that develop young leaders, inspire growth, and build a generation prepared to make meaningful impact.
