💡 How do we sustain HIV services when funding landscapes are changing?

At AIDS 2026, BCD360 joined the International AIDS Society (IAS) for a thought-provoking session on Harnessing TIER-Plus: HIV Intervention Impact Calculator, exploring innovative approaches to rethinking HIV service delivery in the face of funding constraints.

The conversation highlighted the importance of data-driven decision-making, strategic investments, and stronger local systems to ensure HIV prevention, treatment, and care remain accessible, equitable, and sustainable for the communities that need them most.

As funding models evolve, so must our approaches. BCD360 remains committed to collaborating with global and local partners to strengthen resilient health systems and deliver lasting impact.

When we punish instead of protect, we push women and marginalized groups further from the healthcare they need. Fear of judgement, shame, and the law creates barriers — and puts lives at even greater risk.

At BCD360, we say: Decriminalise. Protect. Provide healthcare for all. ✊🏽💙

Too often, women who use drugs face double stigma — from society and from systems meant to protect them. They are criminalized, silenced, and pushed further into the shadows.

But at BCD360, we believe in harm reduction, not condemnation.
We believe in health over punishment.
We believe every woman deserves access to care, safety, and dignity — without fear or shame.

It's time to shift the narrative.
