The Climate-Smart Farming & Rural Resilience Development Foundation (CSFRRDF) is commencing its Community Needs Assessment (CNA) and pilot pre-deployment activities in Benue State.

As part of our institutional strengthening and field readiness process, we are recruiting experienced professionals to join our core technical team (volunteer-based initially, transitioning to paid roles upon successful funding mobilization).

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• MEL Data / WASH Integration Lead
• Youth Innovation & Training Coordinator
• Finance & Administration Officer
• Program Associate

These roles are critical to establishing strong governance, data integrity, youth mobilization, financial accountability, and field coordination systems ahead of full deployment.

We are looking for disciplined, experienced professionals with proven development sector experience — particularly in climate resilience, agriculture, youth programming, WASH integration, finance, and rural field operations.
