๐Ÿ’œ Together for a ๐Ÿ’œ

On May 26, 2026, the Kaduna State Chapter of Tabitha Empowerment Centre, in partnership with BEMY Vulnerable Empowerment Initiatives, commemorated World Menstrual Hygiene Day at G.B.E.S Na Maigero School, Kaduna State.

Through engaging conversations, practical demonstrations, and the distribution of menstrual hygiene materials, we empowered adolescent girls with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to manage their menstruation safely and with dignity.

The outreach provided a platform to break harmful myths and stigma surrounding menstruation, promote menstrual health education, and encourage schools and communities to create supportive environments where every girl can thrive.

At Tabitha Empowerment Centre, we believe that menstruation should never be a barrier to education, confidence, or opportunity.

Together, we will continue to advocate for menstrual dignity, end period poverty, and ensure that every girl has access to the information and resources she needs.

Sexual violence is never a private matterโ€”it is a violation of human rights.

Every survivor deserves to be heard, believed, supported, and protected. Silence and stigma only empower perpetrators, while awareness, education, and collective action help create safer communities for everyone.

At Tabitha Empowerment Centre, we remain committed to raising awareness, promoting prevention, and advocating for a society where every individual can live free from violence and fear.

Together, we can break the silence, challenge harmful norms, and stand up for justice.

Periods should never limit a girlโ€™s confidence, education, dreams, or dignity. ๐Ÿ’œ

This World Menstrual Hygiene Day, our Girls Vanguard are raising their voices to advocate for a world where every girl has access to menstrual health education, support, safe spaces, and the freedom to thrive without shame or stigma.

Together, we can break the silence, challenge harmful stereotypes, and build a more inclusive and supportive society for girls everywhere.

Menstrual health is not a privilege it is a right.
Every girl deserves access to proper menstrual care, safe spaces, accurate information, and the confidence to thrive without shame or stigma.

At Tabitha Empowerment Centre, we continue to advocate for a world where girls are supported, empowered, and treated with dignity every day of the month.

Together, we can create a future where no girl is left behind because of her period. ๐Ÿ’œ

๐ŸŒŸ Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders! ๐ŸŒŸ

At Tabitha Empowerment Centre, we firmly believe that building a safer, more equitable society starts with intentional investment in our boys. Grooming men and boys through the lens of positive masculinity is crucial to breaking cycles, building character, and raising responsible leaders for tomorrow.

That is why we are incredibly proud to have nominated Fidelis Terdoo Clement, a brilliant 14-year-old student from Government Secondary School, Orozo, and a proud member of the Kurudu community, to participate in this transformational opportunity! ๐Ÿš€

He joined young minds across the nation for the Boy-Child Roundtable Mentorship Program (2.0), themed: โœจ CHAMPIONS OF CHANGE: Growth, Grit, and Global Impact โœจ

Organized by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development (FMYD) and sponsored by House of Destiny, this program is the perfect launchpad for young leaders like Terdoo to expand their vision and step into their potential.

We are excited to see the impact of the seeds sown today in the life of Terdoo and many other young boys as they grow into true champions of change! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“ˆ
