𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞.

After my last video on the silence of the youth ahead of 2027, the feedback came in fast. Helplessness. Lack of resources. And the fear of violent backlash on the streets, with EndSARS still fresh in memory.

I hear you. But let me be direct: the streets are not the answer. Revolt is not the strategy.

The path forward is structural. It is organized. And it is intellectual.

Here is what I propose. The youth must mobilize and organize a dedicated Youth Summit. Three days. Four days. Seven days if necessary. Not a rally. Not a concert. A working session to systematically debate and define what a quality life actually looks like in Nigeria.

From that summit, you produce a 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼. A communiqué with specific, measurable requirements across the pillars that matter:

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵. Define the acceptable standards for national development.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴. Create robust frameworks that actually back businesses, not just rhetoric.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Physical security. Food security. Health security. And the hard question of national defense capabilities.

This manifesto changes the terms of engagement for 2027.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. Candidates must move away from destructive tribal and religious sentiments. The election becomes strictly about issues.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Any politician seeking the youth vote must explicitly accede to this blueprint and present a concrete ex*****on plan to make it happen. Not promises. A plan.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. I warn you now: resist the opportunists. Certain student union actors who use youth platforms purely as a shortcut to personal political power. You know them. Do not let them hijack this.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹.

Now, to the youth who say, "What has this country done for me?" I say this: think about the future of your children. 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀—your football teams, your foreign idols—toward building a great nation. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲. Start acting like it.

And to ensure this moves from concept to reality, I make this commitment: if the youth successfully coordinate, organize, and establish an agenda for this summit, I and like-minded individuals will provide as much support as we can to make it happen.

Unite through your existing networks and associations. Take your future into your own hands. And establish one firm national standard:

🎓 Delivered the Founders Day Address at Igbinedion University, Okada today. IUO is Nigeria's first private university.

I didn't go to celebrate 26 years of survival. I went to propose "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝟮.𝟬 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹" — 8 pillars to transform a degree-granting institution into a 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

1. Revenue & Resilience — Endowments, research commercialization, corporate partnerships. Tuition dependence is existential su***de.

2. Excellence & Specialization — Moratorium on new programs. Own 2-3 signature areas nationally.

3. Strategic Talent & AI — Grow your own faculty. Deploy AI-assisted teaching. The "japa syndrome" is structural.

4. Infrastructure & Innovation — Energy independence. Digital-first campus.

5. Governance — Merit over nepotism. Transparency. Succession planning.

6. Innovation & Commercialization — Marry indigenous knowledge to AI. Solar Center of Excellence. Patents.

7. Corporate University — Serve the entire working population continuously. Executive education. Government training hubs. Micro-credentials.

8. Thought Leadership — Specialization is the only sustainable differentiation in a 300+ university market.

Three hard truths:
→ Every fracture in our ecosystem is a market opportunity for the strategically positioned.
→ Stop treating education as business. Start treating it as nation-building infrastructure.
→ "Access to AI for All" is cheaper and easier than most think.

My charge to government: Include private universities in TETFund research grants. Pause new charters for 5 years. Stop leaking billions in training contracts to foreign institutions.

Africa's 50 Million Entrepreneurs Are Waiting for This Infrastructure

Over 50 million SMEs in Africa. They employ more people than all large corporations combined. They generate 50%+ of GDP. They're the true engines of growth.

And most can't access the capital they need.

The African Development Bank estimates SMEs face a $330 billion financing gap. That's $330 billion in unrealized growth, jobs, and prosperity—because the financial infrastructure doesn't exist at scale.

Why traditional banking fails SMEs:
•High overhead makes small loans unprofitable
•Collateral requirements exclude informal businesses
•Credit scoring doesn't work for informal enterprises
•Branches don't reach rural areas

This isn't a failure of will. It's a failure of infrastructure.

The vision: Regional microfinance infrastructure that:

A Powerful Session with the Directorate of Nigeria's National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA)

It was an immense honor to engage with the directorate cadre of the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) today, delving into the core principles of Transformational Leadership for Organizational Success.

In a world where the pace of external change often outstrips our internal capacity to adapt, the leadership of our key public institutions is more critical than ever. The NPHCDA stands at the forefront of our nation's health, and its ability to execute flawlessly directly impacts millions of lives. This is not a responsibility to be taken lightly.

Our session was a deep dive - 40 years of experience distilled into a powerful, one-hour strategic framework. We moved beyond the buzzwords to confront a fundamental truth: the first job of a leader is to define reality, and the ultimate proof of effective leadership is flawless ex*****on.

We explored the 7 Imperatives of Transformational Leadership, a comprehensive model for building organizations that don't just respond to the future, but create it.

We challenged the limitations of traditional, linear strategic plans and introduced the Multi-Year Impact Plan (MYIP) - a dynamic, adaptive framework designed to convert vision into concrete, collaborative action.
