For all the students in Africa between 14 and 22 years, we present to you the 3rd edition of the African Students Leadership Academy , which is your opportunity to get mentored by the best around the world.

Since inception in 2023, we have equipped over 300 students with leadership and entrepreneurship skills they need to become better students, while preparing for the life after school.

As earlier announced, the major objective of this Academy is to empower, inspire, and equip the next generation of African leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to drive positive change across the continent.

Meet The ASLA Ambassador for Nigeria

Greetings to you all,

I'm Fadeyi Mary, and I am honored to represent Nigeria as an Ambassador for the African Students Leadership Academy.

I am currently studying Human Resources Management at Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria. I firmly believe in the transformative power of leadership and education in shaping individuals, communities, and, ultimately, our continent.

My passion lies in advocating for inclusion and empowering the hard-of-hearing community to thrive in the workplace. I envision a future where every individual, regardless of their challenges, is given a chance to shine. Beyond that, I am deeply committed to inspiring young people to embrace growth, adopt a winning mindset, and make intentional decisions that shape their lives positively.

Being an ASLA Ambassador is more than a title; it is a calling to serve, inspire, and lead with purpose. This role represents my dedication to fostering change, building meaningful connections, and creating a future where young African leaders rise to their full potential.

Beyond my academic pursuits, I am passionate about building wealth through Real Estate, making shoes, public speaking, and organizing impactful events. I find joy in networking with purpose-driven individuals and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. These activities fuel my creativity, strengthen my resolve, and remind me of the limitless potential within us all.
