Reflecting on the Impact of SIEDI’s Monitoring Visit on Neil Life Foundation
- Over the past few months, the impact of the monitoring visit by the team from Inclusive Education and Development Initiative (SIEDI) has been evident in the operations and work of Neil Life Foundation for Persons with Disabilities.
- The visit came at a timely moment and provided us with an opportunity to reflect on our organizational systems, assess our progress, identify areas for improvement, and have meaningful conversations about how we can strengthen our work for women, girls, and persons with disabilities within our communities.
- Beyond monitoring, the engagement strengthened our sense of resilience, responsibility, and commitment to doing more. The feedback, recommendations, and constructive conversations have encouraged us to look beyond what we are already doing and continuously seek better ways to improve our systems, deepen our impact, and remain responsive to the realities faced by the communities we serve.
- At Neil Life Foundation, we value feedback, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are therefore truly grateful for SIEDI’s visit and technical support, which have contributed meaningfully to our organizational growth and ongoing efforts to advance disability rights and inclusive development.
