We were pleased to host Mrs. Olayinka Dada and her team from Pheabean Neurodiversity Support, following their formal request for collaboration.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss shared work in the autism and neurodiversity space, exchange ideas, and explore potential avenues for partnership.
We commended the team’s dedication and passion for advancing the neurodiversity sector and offered strategic recommendations to support their growth; encouraged them to review and refine their operational model to ensure it remains practical, scalable and adaptable to the diverse needs of the children, adolescents, adults and families they will serve as the organization expands.
We look forward to seeing these recommendations put into action as they continue to build sustainable, impactful services for the neurodiversity community.
