Are you experienced in career development, recruitment, HR, employability, or youth-focused training?TEP-I is looking for a facilitator to support Q-Connect 2.0, a four-week virtual Job Preparedness Program for LGBTQI+ young people.

The programme will cover CV & cover letter writing, job applications, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and professional confidence.

📅 Programme: 28th September – 23rd October 2026
💰 Facilitation Fee: ₦100,000 total
⏳ Application Deadline: 23rd September 2026

Building stronger responses for when crisis strikes. 🤝🏽

The Equality Pathway Initiative (TEP-I) had the privilege of attending the STAG Initiative’s event on Emergency and Crisis Response, an important space for learning, collaboration, and strengthening our collective capacity to respond effectively in times of crisis.

The conversations reinforced the importance of preparedness, coordinated action, and ensuring that emergency responses are inclusive, people-centered, and responsive to the needs of diverse communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute to conversations that help build safer and more resilient communities.
