Eric successfully managed a double outreach by conducting vital Dyslexia Awareness Seminars across both Obasanjo Model School A and Obasanjo Model School B. Through these consecutive sessions, pupils were introduced to the truth about learning differences, breaking down barriers, and sparking a beautiful new culture of empathy right inside the classroom.

You can be our next volunteer. For more information and collaboration, email [email protected]

Dyslexia Project 1000 has taken off on a brilliant note. A massive congratulations to our incredible volunteer, Itoro Gloria Oyebanji, for hitting the ground running with a brilliant Dyslexia Awareness Seminar at Jesus Joy High School.

Through this outreach, pupils were introduced to the truth about learning differences. Together, we are working toward building a classroom where dyslexia is seen as a different ability.

Dyslexia Project Africa stands in full solidarity with the abducted students, teachers, and their families during this harrowing time. Security in schools is not a luxury; it is a fundamental human right.

No child should ever have to fear the place where they go to learn, and no educator should face danger for guiding them. We raise our voices to demand their immediate and safe return. A classroom must always be a sanctuary for hope.

Happy Children’s Day to every amazing child across Africa and beyond.

Today, we celebrate the brilliance, creativity, strength, and unique potential in every child, especially children with dyslexia and other learning differences who deserve to be seen, understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.

At Dyslexia Project Africa, we believe that every child learns differently, shines differently, and deserves an environment where they are encouraged, not limited by labels.

Happy Children’s Day to all our incredible children, you matter, you are capable, and your voice deserves to be heard.

Phase 2 of Dyslexia Project 1000 has officially resumed across Africa. 💚

In 2025, we reached over 500 schools and 27,000 students with dyslexia awareness but this is only the beginning. There is still so much more work to do.

Across the continent, thousands of children with dyslexia are still misunderstood, mislabeled, and unsupported simply because dyslexia awareness is very still limited.

That is why this mission continues.

We are committed to creating dyslexia awareness in 1000 schools across Africa in 2026 - building a continent where children with dyslexia are understood, supported, and given the chance to thrive.

To our incredible volunteers across Africa - welcome back. 💚

Your time, energy, and heart remain the driving force of this movement.

Phase 2 is here. The mission continues.
