Health Outreach: Pad A Girl (300 Girl Child Initiative)
Phamous Hope Foundation is proud to present “Pad A Girl”, a health outreach initiative aimed at reaching 300 girl children with essential menstrual health support and education.

This program is designed to empower young girls by providing free sanitary pads and equipping them with the right knowledge to manage their menstrual health with confidence and dignity.

During the outreach, participants will:
Receive sanitary pads to support their hygiene needs
Be educated on the importance of menstrual hygiene.
Learn the correct way to use and dispose of sanitary pads.

the health benefits of staying clean during menstruation.

Gain confidence through open conversations and guidance
Our goal is to break the stigma around menstruation, promote healthy practices, and ensure that no girl is held back due to lack of access or knowledge.

Together, we are raising a generation of informed, confident, and healthy young girls.
