ABUSE
You can be in an abusive relationship without knowing it. When you have an abusive partner sometimes, you don't know it. You will think it's love. Most abusive relationships start and becomes very toxic and you will think it's love. Sometimes, you may not recognize the toxic traits until it becomes very abusive. Try to understand the cycle of abuse. Understand this:-
There are different kinds of abuse:
*Verbal abuse
*Emotional abuse
*Mental abuse
*Physical abuse
*Sexual abuse
Abusive relationships can make someone confused, hopeless, fearful and at the end of the day, people die premature by being abused. Most people in abusive relationships end up having mental health challenges like:-
*Depression
*Night mare's
*Anxiety
*Disfunctional eating habits
You can fight against an abusive relationship and come out of it without being hurt.
Steps to coming out of an abusive relationship
- You must first understand that you are being abused by your partner. Make up your mind to end the relationship.
The first step is coming out of the relationship and look for safety. The fear of most people who are being abused is they think that if they come out of the relationship, they can't survive on their own but that's a lie. Once you are out, you will understand that there is a better life for you out there. You can do without your abuser.
In our today's episode, we want to help you understand that you can come out and have a better life.
