Barka da Sallah! 🐐

Eid al-Adha is a time of celebration, sharing, and enjoying meals with family and friends. While we celebrate, let's also pay attention to our health.

Excessive meat consumption, fatigue from festivities, stomach discomfort, and other seasonal illnesses may occur during this period. When you feel unwell, avoid self-medication and the temptation to take drugs without professional guidance.

πŸ₯ Visit your nearest Primary Health Care Centre for proper diagnosis, advice, and treatment. Early care can prevent minor health issues from becoming serious.

This Sallah, celebrate responsibly:
βœ… Eat in moderation
βœ… Drink plenty of water
βœ… Get enough rest
βœ… Maintain good hygiene
βœ… Seek professional healthcare when needed

Your health matters. The right care should come from the right hands.

The work is happening across states, LGAs, wards, settlements, and communities, because the last mile is where campaigns are won or lost.
