Burdens lifted. Healing begun. Lives transformed.

At the conclusion of the intensive five-day Psycho-Spiritual Trauma Healing training facilitated by the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation, participants shared powerful testimonies of healing and renewal as they opened up about emotional burdens they had carried for years and the deep sense of relief and restoration they experienced through the training.

Now empowered as “healed healers,” they are equipped to extend compassionate, trauma-informed care and support to others in their communities and professional spaces.

BEFORE YOU VOTE . . .

You will vote in the 2027 elections. But just before you vote — or even before you decide whom to vote for — put away ethnoreligious sentiments, political correctness, ego, and other biases, and consider how your vote will affect your children both now and in the future.

The choice made at the polling booth is much more important than what we tend to reduce to sentiments, biases, and ego-tripping. The choice is one between life and death, success and failure, prosperity and poverty, a bright future or a bleak future. It affects everyone and everything now and in the future. So, before you decide whom to vote for, think of your children, born or unborn, and how this particular vote of yours will affect them, because it surely will.

Say NO to poor choices that ruin both the present and the future. When you get to the polling booth, let your vote reflect your conscience and what you think is best for your children.

Make they no use your head o. Wise Up Naija!

The Basic Course in Psycho-Trauma Healing, bringing together members of the Senate, Veritas University, Abuja, Master’s students of the Psycho-Spiritual Institute, and other participants, continues with powerful, insight-driven sessions.

The training also dives into managing behavioral emergencies and Psychological First Aid, the use of art in trauma healing, justice and ethics in care, and strengthening empathy, compassion, and trauma-informed communication, alongside an introduction to counseling practice.

Led by highly experienced facilitators, each session is equipping participants with practical tools and deeper insight for real-world impact.

Dear Worker,

It doesn't matter what you do or how much you make from it.

It doesn't matter if you wear suits, overalls or dirty workwears.

It doesn't matter if your tool is a hammer, a gavel, a cutlass, a book or a shovel.

It doesn't matter if you do it in the formal or informal sector, at home or away from home.

As long as it is legal and moral, nothing else matters. Your job is valuable. You are valuable.

And so, from the cleaner to the engineer, the mason to the pilot, the hawker to the banker, the plumber to the diplomat, the petty trader to the civil servant, the farmer to the security operative, whatever it is you do, we wish you a HAPPY WORKERS' DAY!

May the Lord bless the works of your hands.

A powerful and moving start…

A beautiful rendition of “Coat of Many Colours” by Fr. George Ehusani and Ifeoma Nwaoduah of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation set a reflective and inspiring tone for the 4-day training of functionaries of the Methodist Church Nigeria on the prevention of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in Nigeria.

The session opened hearts and minds to the deeper message of dignity, compassion, and justice—values at the core of the fight against SGBV.

Day 2 continues with impactful conversations, learning, and a shared commitment to building safer communities for all. Discussions bordered on socio-cultural norms and practices that perpetuate SGBV and the legal and policy frameworks for addressing SGBV in Nigeria.
