Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and limitless potential of women everywhere.

At 5amas Empowerment Foundation, our mission remains clear: to empower women with skills, opportunities, and support that enable them to stand strong, provide for their families, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

From training women in practical skills like soap and Vaseline production, to supporting students with school fees and JAMB forms, and advancing water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives, we remain committed to building a future where every woman has the tools to succeed.

Today we honor every woman who dares to dream, who works tirelessly for her family, and who lifts others along the way. Your courage and determination inspire us every day.

Through our collaboration between 5amas Empowerment Foundation and Tamara Global (TAG), young women gathered for a transformative seminar focused on practical skills, confidence building, and economic independence.

The energy in the room was powerful.

These women didn’t just attend — they engaged. They asked questions. They responded with clarity. They demonstrated real understanding of the opportunities before them and showed readiness to take ownership of their growth.

What stood out most was their hunger to succeed — not just for themselves, but for their communities. That mindset is exactly why this initiative matters.

At 5amas Empowerment Foundation, we believe empowerment must be practical, sustainable, and impact-driven. Skills development is not charity — it is strategy. When a woman gains the capacity to earn, she gains dignity, stability, and influence.

I am deeply grateful to see this collaboration producing tangible outcomes, and I am proud of every woman who chose to show up and step forward.

It was truly an impactful event, as 5Amas Empowerment Foundation has once again delivered! Over 30 women were empowered through a skills acquisition program in Kubwa FCT abuja, equipping them to become financially independent and become a better version of themselves . And as the icing on the cake, they each received a financial startup grant to kickstart their journey.
