Sometimes the reason growth feels hard isn’t because we’re incapable but because we’re trying to change everything at once. Real change actually starts with attaching one small healthy habit to something you already do consistently.
Like:
• Praying + journaling for 5 minutes
• Drinking water right after waking up
• Reading 2 pages of a book immediately after dinner.
• Stretching (taking a walk) while listening to your favorite worship song.
This way, small action can cause big impact when carried out repeatedly daily, without you feeling overwhelmed.
So today, don’t chase perfection but start building systems that support the woman you’re becoming.
