On 19th July 2026, MACPADI proudly celebrated the successful premiere of two impactful books authored by our Founder and President, Amb. Hon. Helen Nelson Inyang—Silent Divorce (Volumes 1 & 2) and The She Woman.

These books reflect our organization's unwavering commitment to promoting healing, protecting families, empowering women, and giving hope to survivors of abuse, neglect, and emotional trauma.
The book premiere brought together an array of distinguished guests and partners, including representatives of the Director General of NAPTIP, FRSC Special Marshals, the United Nations–POLAC Organization, members of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), public servants, traditional and faith leaders, and other stakeholders who share our vision of building a safer and more compassionate society.

A Landmark Celebration of Purpose, Healing, and Advocacy
On 19th July 2026, MotherAid and Child Protection and Development Initiative (MACPADI) proudly celebrated the successful book premiere of our Founder and President, Amb. Hon. Helen Nelson Inyang, with the official launch of her inspiring books, Silent Divorce (Volumes 1 & 2) and The She Woman.

The event was more than a book launch—it was a gathering of leaders, advocates, partners, and changemakers committed to promoting stronger families, protecting women and children, and advancing social justice.
We were deeply honored by the presence and support of distinguished guests, including representatives of the Director General of NAPTIP, FRSC Special Marshals, the United Nations–POLAC Organization, members of various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), public servants, traditional and religious leaders, family, friends, and other well-wishers.

Honoured to be a guest on EFCC Radio 97.3 FM , where we had an engaging conversation on Silent Divorce and the importance of building healthy families through communication, respect, emotional accountability, and mutual understanding.As an author, gender advocate, and founder of MACPADI, I believe that strong families are the foundation of a peaceful and accountable society. Addressing the silent struggles within marriages is not about encouraging separation
it is about promoting healing, restoration, dignity, and informed choices.

The condition of this child is deeply concerning and highlights the urgent need for protection, medical care, and justice. We call on relevant authorities to investigate this case and ensure the child's safety and well-being. Every child deserves love, care, dignity, and protection.

THE PAIN DOES NOT END WITH ABDUCTION.

Many young girls who are abducted face unimaginable trauma r**e, molestation, abuse, exploitation, and scars that sometimes last a lifetime.
A child who should be protected should never have to survive horrors created by adults.
Behind every headline is a frightened child. Behind every statistic is a broken family. Behind every silence is a child hoping someone will protect them.
We cannot normalize violence against girls. We cannot become comfortable with stories of children disappearing. We cannot stay silent.

Protect our girls.
Protect our children.
Protect their dignity.
Protect their future.

Every girl deserves safety. Every girl deserves freedom. Every girl deserves to grow without fear.
Because when we fail our girls, we fail our future.

OUR HEARTS ARE HEAVY.

The recent abductions of innocent children remind us once again that no child should live in fear simply because they want to learn, play, or dream.
Families are crying. Communities are hurting. Parents are waiting for answers. Children who should be in classrooms and playgrounds are now at the center of national pain. Reports of recent school kidnappings and child abductions have renewed fears across communities.

We say NO to child abduction.
We say NO to violence against children.
We say NO to stealing the future of our nation.

Now is the time for stronger protection, safer communities, better security, and collective action.
Our children are innocent.
Our children are not bargaining tools.
Our children deserve safety.
Bring our children home. Protect every child. Protect our future.
