1. CLEAR ESTROGEN THROUGH YOUR LIVER 🌿

Ladies, if you're dealing with heavy periods and stubborn lower-body weight, don't only look at your uterus.

Your liver matters too.

Your liver helps process hormones, including estrogen, and your digestive system plays an important role in getting those hormone metabolites out of the body.

When you're trying to support healthy estrogen metabolism, start by taking care of your liver and your gut. 👇

🥦 Eat cruciferous vegetables regularly — broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale.

🌾 Add ground flaxseed to your meals for extra fiber.

💧 Drink enough water and make sure you're having regular bowel movements.

🌿 And this is where some traditional herbal allies come in:

🍃 Dandelion root — traditionally used to support liver and digestive function.

🌿 Milk thistle — commonly used as a liver-support herb.

🌱 Burdock root — traditionally valued for digestive and liver support.

🌿 Nettle leaf — traditionally used as a mineral-rich herb and for general wellness.

These herbs aren't magic pills, and they don't “flush out” estrogen overnight. But supporting normal liver function, digestion, fiber intake and regular elimination can be part of a healthy hormone-support routine.

And ladies, if you're struggling with very heavy periods, large clots, prolonged bleeding or worsening symptoms, don't assume it's simply “estrogen dominance.” Conditions such as fibroids, adenomyosis and other issues can also cause heavy bleeding and deserve proper evaluation.

🌿 Your liver deserves care too.

If you want to start building a simple herbal wellness routine around liver + digestive support, comment “LIVER” below or send me a message. ❤️

Which one have you heard of before — Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Burdock or Nettle? 👇

IF YOU HAVE FIBROIDS, DON’T IGNORE YOUR VITAMIN D LEVELS. ☀️

This is one of those things many women never think about.

You hear about estrogen.
You hear about progesterone.
You hear about inflammation.

But vitamin D? Many women completely overlook it.

Vitamin D does much more than support your bones. It acts in the body in hormone-like ways and is involved in several important processes, including immune function and the regulation of cell growth.

And here is where it gets interesting…

Research has found a relationship between low vitamin D levels and uterine fibroids.

That does NOT mean vitamin D is a magic treatment that will dissolve your fibroids.

But it does mean your vitamin D status is something worth paying attention to—especially if you are already dealing with fibroids.

☀️ Your body can produce vitamin D from sunlight.

🍄 Some mushrooms exposed to UV light can contain vitamin D2.

🐟 Foods such as fatty fish can provide vitamin D.

And if you have darker skin, your higher melanin levels can reduce how efficiently your skin produces vitamin D from the same amount of sunlight.

But please don’t make the mistake of thinking:

“The more sun, the better.”

You don’t need to burn your skin trying to increase vitamin D. Your needs depend on factors such as skin tone, location, season, age and how much skin is exposed. If you’re concerned about deficiency, a blood test can give you a much clearer answer.

And ladies, this is bigger than one vitamin.

Fibroids are influenced by hormones and other biological processes. So your goal should be to support your whole-body health—not chase one miracle food or one miracle herb.

Your diet, movement, sleep, weight management where appropriate, and medical monitoring all matter.

Your fibroid deserves attention, not panic. ❤️

Now I’m curious:

👇🏽 Have you ever checked your vitamin D level before? YES or NO?
