Sallah: NACHPN rejoices with Muslims, seeks improved primary healthcare system.

The President of National Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria, NACHPN, Comrade Kabir Yahaya Ahmed, has felicitated with Muslims and members of the Association on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

In his Sallah message in Abuja, Comrade Ahmed admonished Muslims to use the occasion in praying for the unity, peace and development of Nigeria.

He also stressed the need for them to use the period in rededicating their lives to the service of God and humanity.

According to him, this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration calls for sober reflection in view of the current situation in the country.

The President of NACHPN also used the occasion to call for the overhaul of the nation’s Primary Healthcare System towards enhancing the wellbeing of Nigerians nationwide.

NACHPN acknowledges the commitment of Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf to people-centered governance

The National Association of Community Health Practitioners NACHPN received with enthusiasm; the good news of the recent appointment made by the Kano State Governor, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf in critical sectors of essential services.

The President, National Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria, Comrade Kabir Yahya Ahmed RCHP, eulogized His Excellency Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State on the appointment of Alh. Bashir Sanusi as substantive Permanent Secretary - Kano State Ministry of Agriculture, as well; Mal. Balarabe Ismail as the Provost Kano State College of Health Science and Technology and Alh. Aliyu Jinjiri Kiru (Magayakin) - Director Planing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Kano State Primary Health Care Development Agency.

Comrade Kabir while highlighting the competence of the new appointees whose meritorious service and tremendous achievements as Registered Community Health Practitioners and members of the NACHPN stand guarantee for the success of this administration, he assured the government and people of Kano of an improved standard of service in the respective positions designated to these highly disciplined and well experienced personalities.

He further linked the people-centered approach of Governor Abba to grassroot governance, which in turn influences access to essential services, sustainable livelihood and security of lives and properties of people in Kano state.

He concluded with reiteration on the desires of the National Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria to the priority health and social needs of Nigerians and expresses satisfaction in the commitment of his members nationwide.
