Fees and exams are now covered for these scholars over the next two sessions, and we left desks behind too, so there is somewhere to sit and learn.

You can see it on their faces, the relief in the parents and the quiet joy in their children, because today a worry they have carried for so long was finally lifted.

These scholars launched with the Scholars Inclusion Fund (SIF) at Government Day Secondary School, Kuje today, our second school this September, and their school fees and exams are now covered for the next two sessions. We left desks and chairs behind too, so there is somewhere to sit and learn.

We are at Government Day Secondary School Kuje from 10am to launch the Scholars Inclusion Fund(SIF), and another set of scholars finds out what this means for them.

Ask him what he wants to be, and he tells you without blinking that he wants to be a politician, so that one day he can help people in the very way that he himself was helped.

That help was a simple thing, really, because the Restored Heart Foundation covered his school fees through SIF, and today he is still in class, still holding tightly to that dream.
