♿ A Day of Learning, Advocacy and Inclusion
I was privileged to be part of the Accessibility Checklist Programme organised by the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) from 15th–17th September 2026 at Destination Hotel, Wuse 2, Abuja.
It was a valuable opportunity to engage with issues around accessibility, disability inclusion and equal participation, while witnessing efforts to identify and address barriers that persons with disabilities encounter in public spaces.
I am reminded once again that accessibility is not a favour—it is a right, and creating an inclusive society requires commitment from all of us.
Grateful for the experience, the conversations and the opportunity to contribute to a more accessible and inclusive Nigeria. 🇳🇬♿
