Major General Edward Nze Help Foundation (MGENHF)

MAJOR GENERAL EDWARD NZE HELP FOUNDATION (MGENHF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered and recognized by The Federal Government of Nigeria to help the less privileged ones in our society.

MGENHF is a consequence of the euphoria that greeted the promotion of Edward Nze to the rank of Major General. He was overwhelmed with emotions that he instantly thought of how to return love to humanity for the love showered unto him by God and all the people around him. Edward Nze then came up with the idea of floating this foundation; Major General Edward Nze Help foundation to employ the Rank, Knowledge and his contacts in harnessing the goodwill of the people around the world to touch the lives of the needy in our society.

Major General Edward Nze Help Foundation tends to focus its outstretch arms towards the achievement of some major goals which are in line with the UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). We believe that if these goals are well focused on, there will be some joy, happiness, peace and security around us.

VISION

Creating sustainable relationships that will enable us to reach out to the vulnerable in our societies, especially in rural communities thereby bringing relief to suffering people.

MISSION

Our mission is to render an outstretched arm through a network of agencies and programs, thereby providing Charitable and Humanitarian Assistance to the less Privileged, Succor to Victims of insurgency, Scholarship to poor children, Rural Educational Development, and Grassroots Interventions as a drive towards Human Self-Esteem.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The aims and objectives of MGENHF are:

To help the less privileged

To give hope to the hopeless through the provision of life support materials.

To provide scholarship to vibrant youths who are less privileged.

To reach out to the widows and orphans.

To provide succor to victims of disaster, insurgencies and crisis.

To offer charitable and humanitarian assistance to the elderly, physically challenged persons, poor children and youths.

To assist indigent children and youths who need education and entrepreneurship skills to better their future.

To encourage youths and young people on innovations and creativity for their livelihood and development of the society.

To offer charitable and humanitarian assistance to the elderly, people living with a disability (physically challenged) in different communities.

To organize programs for inspirational, motivation and leadership talks, discussion and round table forum.
