MEET OUR GMP MENTOR
Femi Jumbo is a seasoned commercial, finance, and project management professional with over a decade of experience delivering value across multinational organizations and diverse industries, including oil and gas, financial services, and manufacturing.

Currently, Femi serves as a Commercial Sales & Project Manager at Siemens Mobility GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany. In this role, he operates at the intersection of commercial strategy, project finance, and customer relationship management, supporting complex mobility projects in a dynamic, international environment. His work blends commercial leadership with disciplined project ex*****on, ensuring financial rigor, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business outcomes.

Prior to this, Femi built a strong foundation within the Siemens ecosystem. At Siemens Financial Services, he worked as a Performance Controller, where he focused on data analytics, equity finance, performance controlling, and private equity–related activities. Earlier, as a Commercial Project Manager at Siemens in Nigeria, he supported large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, strengthening his expertise in project finance and commercial risk management across emerging markets.

Femi’s professional journey began in consulting and financial services, where he developed a rigorous analytical and governance-driven mindset. At KPMG Nigeria, he served as a Senior Associate in Risk Consulting, advising clients on enterprise risk management, corporate governance, compliance, and internal audits. He also gained early consulting experience as an Analyst at Deloitte, where he contributed to management consulting and risk advisory engagements. In addition, his time with Guaranty Trust Bank in the Institutional Banking Group (Energy) further deepened his exposure to project financing, credit analysis, and structured trade instruments within the energy sector.

Academically, Femi holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, part of Heriot-Watt University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), credentials that reflect both his technical depth and his ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Known for his structured thinking, commercial acumen, and collaborative leadership style, Femi has successfully led and co-led projects with multinational organizations across multiple countries. His core areas of expertise include finance, project management, investment banking, risk management, and consulting.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Femi is deeply family-oriented. He is joyfully married to a spectacular woman and is a proud father to two amazing sons—roles he considers his most meaningful and rewarding achievements.
