We are delighted to officially announce the appointment of our Deputy Country Director for Zimbabwe.

This appointment is a recognition of dedication, consistency, and impactful service within our community.

Over time, she has demonstrated strong commitment to the vision of empowering women, advancing leadership, and driving meaningful change across all levels of engagement.

In her new role, she will work closely with the Country Director to strengthen our presence in Zimbabwe, coordinate strategic initiatives, and deepen our impact within the region.

Her leadership will also play a key role in expanding our outreach and ensuring that our programs continue to empower and uplift more women and young leaders.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce to you a remarkable woman of impact, purpose, and excellence, Pastor Mrs. Ifeoma Abayol as one of the speakers at the Visionary African Women Summit happening in Lusaka Zambia.

Pst Ifeoma Abayol is the Managing Director of Chillis Foods Ltd, a thriving hospitality brand with 12 branches across Nigeria, known not just for quality service, but for creating memorable experiences.

She is a graduate of Economics from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, and a seasoned professional whose journey spans both the corporate world and entrepreneurship. We are pleased to welcome Grace Sibara as one of the official speakers at the Visionary African Women Summit Zambia 2026.

Grace Sibara is a South African entrepreneur and former teacher who transitioned into business after 20 years in education.

She is the director of Hayani Guest House in Polokwane, Hayani Manor in Vuwani, and GRACAS Lifestyle and Solutions, a travel agency. Her establishments provide accommodation and conference services, catering to both small and large groups.

She is actively involved in tourism and business leadership, having held several key positions, including Deputy Chairperson of the Limpopo Tourism Agency and leadership roles in multiple women and tourism organizations. She is also known for mentoring small business owners, particularly women.

Grace Sibara has received numerous awards in the tourism and SMME sectors, recognizing her excellence and impact.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is a strong advocate for women’s development and is described as a dedicated family woman, including being a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Speaker Spotlight!

We are excited to unveil Princess Dr Nikiwe MaNgxabane Bhabhanomhlehlo Bam as one of the official speakers at the Visionary African Women Summit Zambia.

Princess Dr. Nikiwe Bam is the Founder and Global President of Afrikan Indigenous Leaders, a continental platform that unites traditional institutions, communities, and leaders across Africa and the diaspora to advance cultural diplomacy, heritage preservation, and inclusive development.

She has served as Facilitator of the C20 Working Group on Cultural Diversity Recognition and Embracement under the G20 South Africa Presidency, and as a civil society representative on South Africa’s G20 thematic areas focusing on climate resilience, critical minerals, and just energy transitions.

An advocate for inclusive economies rooted in Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS), Princess Bam is an educator and Director of NPB SMT Academy, where she supports learners in Mathematics and Science and promotes STEMI, particularly among girls, through tutoring and career guidance.

She also leads Royal People Development Services and is the Founder of the Adopt an Elder Foundation, reflecting her commitment to intergenerational empowerment.

Her academic qualifications include a BSc in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry, a BSc (Hons) in Science Education, and a PGCE, alongside numerous certifications in Leadership, Governance, Diplomacy, Political Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Personal MBA programmes. She was also conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Governance.

Princess Bam has received multiple recognitions, including the Humanitarian Award, the Queen Modjadji Human Rights Activist Award, and the Sovereignty Congress of African Leaders Natural Indigenous Leaders Award.

She serves as an Ambassador for PALI and as an Ambassador for Peace, and has played a pivotal role in launching and coordinating platforms that strengthen collaboration among traditional leaders across Africa.

Internationally, she has delivered keynote addresses and hosted sessions in Ghana, Botswana, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Benin, and Jamaica.

Princess Dr. Nikiwe Bam is deeply passionate about cultural unity, ethical leadership, women and youth empowerment, climate justice, and building sustainable, inclusive African economies that honour heritage while embracing innovation.
