OUR DREAM
We need to build our own Orphanage Home, The God’s Grace Orphanage Home. Most of the children we support are orphans, many comes from one-parent families and may come as "Street Children", abandoned and abused, with so many needs. Poverty, illiteracy, neglect, emotional scars and poor health are common problems. The objective of the Orphanage is to equip the aforementioned children with
a solid knowledge of spiritual, educational, social, professional, cultural and sanitary options so they can become independent, decent and helpful citizens for the good and welfare of any society.The board will develop and promote these ideas, so the beneficiaries can have a better tomorrow and a positive behaviour wherever they choose to live. We realized the children's plight needed an urgent attention and we could not just stand aloof and pity or sympathize with them, but must be helped in attaining their full human dignity. We envision a future where every street child lives in emotional, physical, relational and spiritual wholeness thereby ending the cycle of abuse and neglect in our community. We believe that with planning, executing and managing together with professionalism, every aspect of the project and combining all kind of support from all sources available, we will successfully achieve our goal. FUNDING
God’s Grace Orphanage Home is not funded by the state or federal money. We rely strictly on the generosity of private donations from individuals, churches, businesses and foundations. We are governed by Christ Jesus through a Senior Pastor (Sylvester Ewowo). Please call or email for answers to questions you may have. Just telling these poor children "God loves you", may not make sense to them until we show them with a hot meal, change of clothes, safe place of sleep, a listening ear, and a warm hand on a trembling shoulder and of course above all giving them a chance to a constructive future through educational training. It is for these reasons that we are inviting you to partner with us to help these children and bring them hope. BASIC NEEDS
We need medication, food, clothing and recreational activities for rehabilitative purposes to boost the orphans mental abilities. However, the worse thing that we are going through now is, the fact that we are being kicked out of the facility by the Government. THE PROJECT
We are starting soon with the defining of concrete projects and need organizational help with this, people who wants to help with their time and management abilities to transform these projects. One of the most immediate and necessary needs is to build a three-story building that will separate the male from the female children, and give them more space and freedom.
