It was a flurry of emotions at the mobility aid distribution for the Fashion Future Program.

Moments like these remind us that meaningful inclusion goes beyond good intentions. It is about ensuring that talented individuals have the support and tools they need to participate fully and thrive.

At the Fashion Future Program, inclusivity is not a box to check but a culture we are committed to.

We sat down with to talk about something we see every day at Ethnocentrique and the Fashion Future Program.

Disability does not dim creativity. It does not dilute work ethic. And it certainly does not disqualify anyone from a seat at the table.

BBC featured two of our Fashion Future Program participants and had a conversation with us about what it really means to make space in the industry for people with disabilities. Not out of charity. Because the talent is there, it always has been.

This is an exposé on what the industry misses when it keeps looking past people with disabilities.
