EIGHT (8) YEARS OF HOPE, CARE & IMPACT

Today, 16th August 2026, marks 8 years since the Twins and Multiple Births Care Foundation (TAMBCF) was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an Incorporated Trustees. (RC: 116354).
Born out of a simple but sacred conviction — that it is our duty to give back, to bridge the gap between the privileged and the vulnerable — TAMBCF began a journey to stand in the gap for families that society often overlooks.
WHO WE ARE
TAMBCF is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization based in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
We are a proud members of the International Council of Multiple Birth Organisations (ICOMBO) and Ebonyi Coalition of Civil Society Organisations
Our heart is for indigent families with twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, and higher order multiple births, and other vulnerable persons in our society.
WHY WE EXIST
For 8 years, we have been committed to:
Care & Support: Assisting with hospital bills, school fees, food, clothing, shelter, and empowerment for indigent multiples.
Advocacy: Campaigning for free healthcare and education for multiples, and specialized trust funds to prevent family abandonment.
Fighting Harmful Traditions: Continuing the legacy of twins’ saviours like Mary Slessor, Rev. William Imbush, and Rev. Fr. Raymond Ezeonu.
Economic Empowerment: Creating sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable parents and caregivers.
Community Outreach: Visiting destitute homes, old people’s homes, and partnering with allied organizations like Twins Alive Foundation (TAF) and Global Twins and Multiple Births Organization (GTAMBO) to bring relief where it matters most.

As we celebrate 8 years, two new families need us right now:
Case 1: Mile 4 Hospital, Abakaliki -
A needy woman has safely given birth to triplets at Mile 4 Hospital, Abakaliki.
Case 2: NOFIC, Ebonyi State -
A vulnerable mother has safely given birth to triplet boys at National Obstetrics and Fistula Centre (NOFIC), Ebonyi State.
The cost of caring for three (3) newborns at once is overwhelming. They need hospital bills cleared, food, clothes, and basic support.
