# 70 DAYS IN THE SECRET PLACE
WEEK ONE – DAY 4
ABIDE IN HIS SHADOW
Scripture
**Psalm 91**
---
Devotional
Every shadow is evidence that something greater is standing nearby.
Psalm 91 paints a beautiful picture of life with God by describing those who dwell "under the shadow of the Almighty." A shadow only exists because someone or something is close. God's shadow reminds us that His presence is never distant from those who choose to remain with Him.
Life often presents uncertainty. There are moments when fear whispers louder than faith, and the future seems unclear. Yet God's promise is not that storms will never come—it is that His presence will never leave us in the storm.
Living under God's shadow means trusting Him even when we cannot see the whole picture. It means believing that His wisdom is greater than our understanding and His protection extends beyond what our eyes can perceive.
As we prepare for His Grace Praise Concert 5.0, remember that the greatest blessing is not merely attending an event; it is living every day beneath the covering of God's presence. The Secret Place is where fear loses its voice and faith becomes stronger.
Today, choose confidence over anxiety because the One who covers you never sleeps and never fails.

Reflection
• What fears am I still carrying?
• Have I truly surrendered every concern to God?
• What would change if I trusted His covering more than my own strength?
---
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for being my refuge and my covering. Teach me to rest under the shadow of Your presence and to trust You in every season. Remove fear from my heart and replace it with confidence in Your faithfulness. Help me remain close to You every day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Today's Challenge
Whenever worry comes today, pause immediately.
Instead of worrying, pray for one minute and declare:
**"Lord, I choose to remain under Your shadow."**
Write down one fear you are surrendering to God today.
